"best" is a relative term depending on your preference for looks, sound, performance and even pocket book. There are a lot of threads on this forum, mostly under the Parts and Accessories subforum, so do some searches.

My Ride: 525i Touring 2005, Carbonblack, Nappa Naturbraun, M-pack, Comfortline, Navi Prof, Steptronic, Bi-Xenon, Eisenmann exhaust.

I've had all kinds of exhaust on my bmw's and the latest, the Eisenmann, really get my preference. The normal version and not the race version cause i like the more natural sound.
Supersprint is also ok although i like the looks of the Eisenmann more cause they are not too flashy.
So i would go for the Eisenmann.
