I just read on another forum that BBS wentbelly up! Can anyone translate this? BBS meldet Insolvenz an

Yes, it says BBS have filed for insolvency.
Reasons being that massively increased prices for alloy last year, made their result negative. Although the biggest customers agreed to put more money out up front to solve their liquidity trouble and also offered the participating banks securities, one bank did not agree, so the whole deal went tits up and forced BBS to file for insolvency.
