Wheels look great, but you really need a drop. They look like 17'' wheels.

True, but I have had my share of dropped rides. They suck on the roads up here in Nor Cal. Especially when I go out to my folks. They are on a country non paved road. I would scrape the entire underside. Not worth it.

Thanks. I love the way it's comming along.... More mod's to go.

Not sure about the drop, I got it used a month or so ago from a dealer. It has the sport suspension. But everyone who see's it ask's if it's lowered!? My guess is it comes from the factory about a 1/2- 1" lower.
IMHO, looks very good like that.

Here's the side view:
zuppy51,

Which wheels on modbargins did you get? They have two sets of BMW Classic Mesh Wheels. Are both he same? I guess I should just call and see what the difference is.
Thanks for the side pic of your car.

What's the difference between Ex-M1 and the one that Modbargains sell? $750 for a set is a great price!!!
Any word on what the difference is between the wheels offered by modbargins and j levi sw?
Thanks

zuppy51,

one last thing, what tires did you go with? Any details would be appreciated.
Thanks

THey're not really that difference. The one main one I could think of is that the EX-M1's don't come in the low offset
for the 5 series.
