Hi all,

Can I please get some advice.

A friend of a friend is selling his 535d sport and offered to sell me his alloys pretty cheap (I think) the wheels are BBS LM 19?, not sure on the exact sizes, neither is he, but the tyres are 19?. He?s going to be emailing me the exact tyres sizes, but that?s all he knows.

So we know they are
19? BBS Alloys (some curb marks on all wheels)
Not sure of the exact alloy size
Tyres are 19? (he thinks the rear tyres are 295
His car has been lowered and looks wicked.
He originally paid around ?3000, and is offering me them for ?1k with tyres, the tyres have around 5k miles left on them.

I?ve currently got BMW 172 19? alloys on my car, it?s a UK 535d Sport, standard from BMW UK.

My questions.

First of all does ?1000.00 sound like a good price, I?ve done some searching and it seems good, but would love your advice?

Does anyone know what these alloys would cost to refurb/make good?

My tyres are front 245/35/19 and rear 275/35/19, do you think these would fit on the BBS rims?

Is their any way I can find out the exact size on the BBS rims so I don?t make a mistake in buying these alloys?

His car is lowered and looks wicked, my car is a Standard UK Sport, would they look funny, does anyone have any pic with BBS and non lowered e60?

Thanks and sorry for such basic questions, please feel free to give me any comments.

Thanks

LMs are great, but sadly, the 19" LMs just look too small on the e60.

I saw a Titanium silver E60 sport with LM's in Ilford London, and it looked amazing, well worth the money and the wheels didn't look small at all.

1000 quid is a good price as long as the rims are OK and not bent.
I would get them if I find pre-owned in HK

Price is quite good, but I don't think 19" is enough for e60.
Just my 2 cents.
