Unfortunately I received the wrong downpipes, so the whole install has been pushed off to next week.

@mazekid15 did you happen to notice any performance increase after adding the exhaust or was it limited to the new note? Just not sure if your downpipes were already giving you the max flow/min turbo spool up.

Looks like a pretty amazing exhaust, only thing is it doesn't really explain if it is a catback exhaust or axle-back exhaust.

I'm not an authority on this, but looking at the one I have in the box here it mounts to a section of exhaust that comes from the mid cat. Hence I'd say its an axle back exhaust.

To install you cut the stock exhaust part way along the rear and clamp the BnB onto that.

Has this been determined or can anyone else that got it .. mazekid / other chime in?

I'm not an expert but do you really get much (if any?) performance gain from an axle back exhaust? I believe the Dinan exhaust from the 535xi is an axle back and they claim 5-7 HP gain.. so I guess it's possible?

I haven't done any dyno tests, but when I added both the BnB exhaust and my race cat DPs, I felt a noticeable improvement in performance. Very easy to lose traction now with these mods added.
