I guess it has a buzz in the back but its not that bad. Not noticeable at all with windows closed. It will get louder but you'll learn to drive a certain way when you want it to be dead quiet it can be.

I'm still trying to decide if I'm happy with that mild drone or not, but you mention a 1,000 mile mark where it minimizes or goes away? I haven't heard about that. Actually the installer said to expect it to get louder over the next few weeks.

Do you have a 535? i will be in San Jose in the next two weeks and if so i was wondering if i could hear your exhaust in person. I know the V8 sounds a bit different from the V6 thats why i ask.

EDIT*, or i could of just looked at your signature. lol noted.

Curious what vendors you two purchased your B&B exhausts from and what price you paid.

I ordered mine through BRRacing here in Los Gatos, CA. But they just order it directly from Billy Boat.

I'm pretty sure they had some special including shipping at $1,312.

And as a follow up to my earlier post, I've gotten more used to the BB exhaust note the longer I have the car. It's really quite doable at lower speeds and really not noticeable at highway speeds.

Have you guys noticed any type of performance gains with the exhaust installed? I'm curious how much the 3" piping actually helped if any.

Hard for me to tell what the performance gains were as I added DPs at the same time.

But I certainly noticed the pair of DPs and BB exhaust added more low rev pull.
