My Ride: 2010 E63 AMG -- Palladium Silver/Black. Love this car but looking to switch things up to keep things fresh. 2nd AMG in a row, but toying with coming back into the BMW fold!

Do not buy it yet. The B&B cold air intake that i bought was not for E60. In addition, they did not respond to my e-mails and refused a refund.

Oh, and welcome to the forum Merzbow!

Did you buy it from Ebay? I saw it on there.

Next time I would wait before buying from any company with the name "BB" (other than Billy Boat). There are probally 20 different companies that use that as a name. Once a good or Real Cold air intake is built for the E60, it will cost $500+ and will be by a reputable comany (Dinan, etc).

I am like most I want there to be more for my car than is available, but I guess we have to be patient.

You live and learn.

Dont waste your money - at best this is a bypass of the factory AF/Airbox. It has a conical generic filter mounted at the end of a poorly bent pipe that attaches, poorly, to the MAS. Additionally, the company provides instructions to intstall it that were obviously written an another language, illustrated by a 5 year-old, and BADLY translated. Their customer service is horrific and they will not take returns on their merchandise. Besides, I'm not comfortable disconnecting the temp sensor that their so-called "CAI" cannot interface with.
I say STAY AWAY!
Ciao,
Marco
