I went to Stevens Creek dealer last week to pick up my part after calling them to confirm the part was in, and I was told that the part was not checked in when I was there - no part found on the shelf .
After looking on the computer system, they said that the part has been routed to the dealer and they'd give me a call once they receive it.
Stay tuned. For sure I'll give you guys all the details.

Anyone in Asia tried to add Aux Input to their E60? Does the part & software work with our cars!?

Fantastic forum and terrific people contributing to it!

I have access to the BMW WebTIS. With regard to the English versions, there are 2 PDF documents:

1. AUX Retrofit for E46 (complete), E39 (from 09/2002), E53 (X5 from 10/2002), E83 (X3) and E85 (Z4) - 14 pages, 424 KB filesize

2. AUX Retrofit for E60, E61, E63, E64 - 9 pages, 601 KB filesize

The ONLY models that have to be coded using DISPlus or GT-1 are:

E60, E61, E63 and E64

If anyone requires these PDFs, please send me an email and I will email it/them to you.
