Automatic headlamps coming on when it's not dark?

My Ride: 2008 535xi V1 hardwire Laser Interceptor 12" JL Audio Ported PowerWedge enclosure with one W1v2 20% tint

My headlamps seem to be coming on too early the past few days as it's still quite bright out. I just had my car tinted, but the headlamp sensor is on the backside of the rearview/windshield right? Is there anyway to adjust the sensitivity of the auto on? Could I have a bad sensor?

RPI scoop & BMC filter. Gloss black OEM grills.CF interior trim. B&B exhaust.

Read that section in your manual.
They are supposed to come on under certian circumstances.
