SPORTS SUSPENSION
SPORTS SEATS,DVD PLAYER,SPORTS STEERIN WHEEL, FULL ELECTRICS, REAR SPORTS SPOILER
I have a 2004 530i and just purchased a Carbon Fibre AUTO SHIFT GEAR KNOB off Ebay.
Has anybody had a go at doing this Mod or have any links to show how its done??

My Ride: 2007 530i. Purchased 6/28/07. Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. I replaced my knob. You just pull up really hard and it comes off. You the only thing you need to worry about is hitting yourself in the face.
I changed my knob
to the wood center style so it matches the rest of the wood trim, like my old E39

My Ride: 2010 BMW 530i E61, alpine white, cream-beige interior, sports-auto-transmission and a lot more-
the only thing you have to do is switch to N, push the button and pull very hard, I gave myself a nice Haymaker when I removed the knob 
I bought myself an auto shift knob made of cf, but the quality was bad, so I removed it, I will upload a pic when I find it..
