My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
Premium Package only gives you auto-dimming interior and exterior mirrors.
I guess they come with the Comfort Seats, but a call to your dealer is the best way to find out.

hmm.. The reason I'm asking is that I recently purchased an 05 530i CPO, and it has the button for the auto-folding mirrors, but the button doesn't work. I took it to the dealership to have it looked at and they said that it looks like the switch with the window/mirror controls was swapped out at some point, and the replacement was one with a folding mirror button, but the car isn't equipped with actual auto folding mirrors. I'm trying to figure out if the dealership is being honest, or why someone would put the switch in without the functionality.

My Ride: 2005 530i, Orient Blue, M-tech Front, otherwise stock.
Seems a lot of people have issues with the finish peeling on the window switch plate, so it gets replaced under warranty, sometimes. In the event that it does get switched out for a new one, it seems that they have changed it to only manufacturing the switch plates with the folding switch, even though it's no use on our cars that are not equipped with the feature.

My autofolding mirror comes as part of the premium package. but I don't have the headlight washer
