Where can I get an updated Australian navigation disc for 2010 guys?

I checked my disc, and it's version 13, which is the original disc that came with the car from factory (2005)

How much are these from the dealership?

Navteq or dealer if you want factory original dvd item. In the USA they are ~ $195USD.

Factory DVD costs $450 here in Australia! OUCH!

Found a guy on eBay who will sell "Workshop Edition" for $100.

Not sure if it's a legit BMW Workshop Edition, or the "backyard cd-burning workshop" edition

YUP - lots of ebay sellers are pushing copies of originals or downloads. Anytime I've asked ebay sellers and they dodge the question I usually know the answer! It's licensed s/w and Navteq doesn't like copies being sold; our forum moderators appropriately discourage anyone promoting it.

Sure, let me see what deal my mate can do @ BMW

What color is your current CD/DVD disc?

There are different types (purple, red, green etc), to suit the different Navigation systems

Mine uses the Green DVD, which is for the Business Nav.
