Looking for a little more sound. My car is leased so I don't or can't do major exhaust changes, but did anyone swap out the muffler for a throatier sound? What did you use.

The B&B is essentially just a muffler...plenty of info on this site regarding B&B (and others)?I have the B&B and love it

My Ride: 2004 545i 6spd, blk on blk, HRE 540R 20x9 in front and 20x10 in rear with Pirelli PZero Neros 245/25/20 front and 295/25/20 rear. H&R springs, and Eisenmann quad exhaust, V! radar detector, black grille, limo tint all around.

I also recommend the Eisenmann exhaust, which is pretty loud already... and if you want more, you could take the resonators out and put in a straight pipe; then it'll be throaty and aggressive sounding.

I can recommend Remus. Mp3 sound clips of idle and taking off are in the sig line. It is not a bother on long trips nor does it attract an undue amount of attention from the outside, but it definitely makes an announcement.

My resonator experience is that removing will attribute to muffler hum at constant road speeds. I removed the large resonator and chose to put it back.
