Not exactly. The 6NR requires the USB port in the armrest installed and if the car does not have it we can supply the missing parts, but in this case we are adding the 6FL and 6NR together.
I know what Nelson means but the 6NR for the car with the 6FL is cheaper than if there is no 6FL installed.

Are you still doing the groupbuy on the combox+6nr for the listed discount? I have the CIC and 6FL along with bluetooth.

I have a 09 335i so I also already have CIC plus 6FL and bluetooth. I'm also interested in the combox and 6nr if the group buy is valid for just them.

The combox has two USB inputs, 6FL and 6NR.
6FL gives you a Type B USB port, 6NR normally doesn't give you a USB port but the OEM connection is directly to the snap-in cradle. However the way the vendor do this and make the install cheaper is they use an after market Apple cable instead of the snap-in cradle and that's why then reuse the 6FL wiring for the 6NR. But if you wanted you can have 6FL and 6NR together, including having two Type B USB ports, one for each.

Do you think it's better to just get the CIC + Combox only or also the 6FL and 6NR? My car does not have 6FL to begin with...I am still on the fence whether I should order also 6FL/6NR together...I know I can do bluetooth streaming for the audio.
