Thanks for the advice fellas! I will most likely get 20s
Have always wanted the m6 replicas, also lookin at DPEs, iforged, and maybe bbs

Hi All,

I have been a follower on here for years but only just registered for some reason.

Anyway regarding the 22?s just thought I would say I have them on my work car, an e60 M5 and they are fine. When they first went on, with the car fully loaded 5 people and luggage we got a bit of rub on a small part of the bumper (which was quickly addressed, had to file about 2mm off the bar about 30mm along the top inside edge). Other than that the ride is comparable to the standard wheels and they do look awesome and still have 285 wide tyres on the back.

I only went with the 22s as 21s are not really available in Australia, tyres are well over $1000 each where the 22s are a bit more affordable and don?t make you cringe when driving with a bit of enthusiasm.

Don?t be afraid to try the 22s, I was but they worked out really well in the end.

Cheers
Andrew

Most of the 5-series owners are drivers, not rollers.

Good choice. 22s do not provide enough tire sidewall for our cars IHMO. Maybe you could get away with them in So Cal, So Fla or Phoenix but not practical anywhere where there are potholes.

21s are perfect, skeeter your car is/was SICK! Lowering is a must, 19s or 21s, gotta slam it! The blue m5 with the 22s... Dunno, somethings off...
