WHT?????? those are flaps? they can be opened? for wht? i had no clue.thats a new thing.how do u open them?

aren't they open on yours ?
they should be, they channel air in to cool the brakes. (i think)

how do u open those wents? i tried by pressing on them, but they ve been closed for over 2 years. was scared to break them.they wouldnt open by pressing on them

can you get us a close up pic of that area on you car if possible ?
i will get one of mine so we can compare and see how to work this.
i took a brief look this morning and it looks like it might be a completely different piece because mine was open but rigid i.e it was made open.
could it be a difference between the 520 and 545 ?

mine looks like it can be opened coz it has an opening i just dunno how to open it.will take a pic tomorrow.
r u able to close urs? if urs can open and close then it should also work on mine.coz its a standard stock for all e60.

if u can close it and open it.can u please take a video of 2min showing exactly where to press and how.appreciate the help
plus it looks better opened

I know this is an old thread but just wondering if anyone does in fact have this add-on? I was told it would also fit lci as well but I am not sure?? Looks like the contours on the bottom of lci bumpers might be different. This add on looks pretty nice in my opinion.

I contacted Hamman to ask if this fits lci on and their reply was no help.
