Does this then answer my question about being able to install this on a standard SE spec without Dynamic Drive?
Yes it does.

Bruce, the SE also should have ARB's, just thinner than the M-sport suspension, which are slightly thinner than the M5's again.
So yes, if you haven't got the dynamic drive you can fit them. The H&R ones are thicker than the M5 bars and while the BMW ones are hollow, the H&R ones are solid, afaik. H&R are adjustable twice for the front and three way for the rears.

Does the hollow and solid makes any difference?
What does the adjustable do? Is it stiffer?

Thanks

Solid should be stiffer for longer.
With the adjustment options you can e.g. decide how tail happy your car should be. The stiffer the setting on the rear, the quicker the tail will come out.
You can mainly decide and adjust your own over/understeer options

Check H&R website.

Don't worry about the last link saying 7 series. 33426-1 is the H&R part number the E60 needs
