If you guys would have read his post you would have seen that he's looking at the replicas because the OEM's don't come in 18's, and he doesn't want to do 19's.

The 135's are nice too, but seem harder to clean between the shafts... I want to keep the 18" so I don't have to buy new tires too!
Wassy; find out if you can replace your 550i sport package 124's with 135's via dealership. If you get an answer let me know please as I am in the same boat you are and really want to modify.

I think you will be a lot happier with the OEM 19" wheels. I am ecstatic about mine and how, along with Michelin PS2 tires, the ride of my car has been transformed.

Thank you!

and to others.... I might in fact be happier with the 166's in 19", but just don't have that extra money for the tires. I know it sounds cheap at this point.. this is a lease, and a collateral replacement for my current 545i. I am paying the difference out of pocket for the Aero package, and will have nothing in 2 years at the end of my lease.. I have to cut it off somewhere... I may keep the 124's, but we'll see. depends on the pricing of the 135's.

Also, aren't the 135's the wheels that are on the 3-series coupe (E46) with sports package?

They are awesome but only if you've got about $3,200, no? $1600 for wheels and $_____ for Tires?

It's surely expensive. Around $1500 for the OEM rims, around $1200 - $1500 for tires depending on the brand and sizes and don't forget mounting and balancing, probably another $100 - $150.
