+1 if that's your price range H&R plus the Koni shocks are a good combination.

Heard of them I think its another Taiwan made coilover like Megans. Go with Bilsteins or H&R with Koni Yellows

My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.
I've heard of them. A few people I knew on an Integra forum back in the day were running these. They had no problems with them, though IMO, I would go for the H&R/Koni setup. If not for the reliability and peace of mind, at least you could always sell those later down the road with little trouble. These NEX coilovers would take some work....
