I just ordered the Dinan Exhaust and CAI. I'm also in the process of ordering the throttle body and Stage 3 software with the hopes of installing everything in a month or so.
What can I expect? On a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being "NOTHING MUCH" and 10 being "Holy SH^T" )

Ask member, EuroCarFan. He had all Dinan mods (both engine and suspension) on his 545. before he had his M5.

Member Roleez also had all Dinan mods on his 550i (even the the wheels are Dinan) before getting the M5. Steve Dinan told him that his car should be able to keep up with the e39 M5.
I'm currently considering Dinan S package (already have the suspension) or RPI.

I'd say 3 to 4.
My thought:
From modding NA Subaru EJ25 engine, EJ20 Turbo WRX and EJ25 Turbo STi.
Not trying to steer you away from continuing to work on your 545.
I do have a 545 and the only power mods are KNN air filter and silencer filter removal and rear muffler
(Haha.. Probably insignificant HP gain anyway)
I consider this engine is rather HOPELESS in power mods except you want to drop serious money into it.
So before I drop the $$$ on Dinan stuff for 545, I'd trade my car to 535 and work w/ that platform.
The power gain vs dollar spent working on 4.4 litre NA is just not worth the money spent in my opinion when you can gain EASY AND CHEAP HP just by software then another significant HP by adding exhaust, downpipe, and turbo hoses on 3.0 Turbo engine on 135, 335 and 535.
But it's your call to spend $$ if you want to stick w/ NA platform. Make sure to be patience on the wallet if modded 535 beats you

I did all the engine mods and I do feel a difference but I really don't like to use my 'seat of the pants' dyno. I didn't have a real dyno or even another car that I can race down a q-mile strip to compare. I can't really gauge how much horsepower was added but I'm a bit skeptical. I've been working on Mustangs for years and I know it takes more than just a throttle body, airbox, software and cat-back exhaust to go from 325HP to 354HP. I could be wrong though.
The car does feel faster and the throttle response is snappier. I got most of the parts used and at a cheap price and that is why I went Dinan with the car. If you can get the parts at a good price, I would say go for it. The quality is top notch and I kept my warranty. Dinan's customer service guys are cool and I've never had a problem with them.

For the engine mods, I would probably rate it a 4-5 only because my definition of "HOLY SH#T!" would mean something like a 100hp gain from a turbo or supercharger.
I liked the added grunt, power and throttle response from the mods. The exhaust was not too loud which was what I was after but it could be too mellow for some.
The moderate power increase was cool but after a while, I wanted something more and hence the jump to the M5. And as you can see from my mods list, even 500hp wasn't enough.

I'll give 8 out of 10. The intake, throttle body and stage 3 software are amazing!!
But I don't like the exhaust ONLY due to no power gains. Dinan exhaust is only way to go if you are looking for the looks/sound.
If I were you, I would return the exhaust and go after RPI exhaust
I'm debating at the moment for myself

Thanks. I'm only doing exhaust for sound and airflow. If you take more air, you need to expell more air. No bolt on exhaust can is going to give you any HP increase. Dinan actually claims 6HP gain and even that I doubt. Glad to hear you're happy with the rest. I'm getting excited.
