Thumbs up

I'm thinking of buying a set of 128's for my 06 525, and I want to know if there is anyone else with this setup? Would I need to run spacers? The offset of my 138's are 20; the 128's are ET 18 or ET 20 in the Front, and ET 32 in the Rear.

Also, is there any rubbing issues? Thinking of going with a set of Falken FK452's?

Should be no problem, listed as OEM option:

as long as you stick with 245/35 up front and 275/30 in the rear (or the same 245/35, you don't really need wider rears if you're buying the wheels new) there will be no rubbing. I didn't use spacers.

I have the OEM 128s on my current ride and use them for my winter set up They are designed for the E60 so are a perfect fit as they are -- no mods required. The use of spacers would only be for asthetics. Here are pics of my ride on the 128s and a couple below.

Can you really go with 245/35 in the rears?

The standard fit is 275/30 on the rear -- and yes, I am running 275 winter tyres ( I only drive on gritted roads !! )

If you wanted to fit 245/35 on the rear you would have to fit a front wheel on the rear. member rsyed has done this on his ride, which gives the benefit of swapping tyres from the front to the back to more life out of them.
