any shortcuts on changing front grille?

no need to remove the bumper completely but yes the top would be loosened. we install them by taking off the 5 bolts under the weather strip, stick our hand in behind and get the bottom tabs first.

It's been a long time but I remember it being a bitch to do it without breaking the clips. I probably broke 1 or 2 of them. Once the grill is out, installing the new grill is a breeze.
I broke 1 as well.

i shouldve proof read my quest.. duh not take the bumper but loosening the bumper either way i installed my rpi scoop nd matte grille in under 40 min with proper tools and no broken tabs thanx all for the advice!!
