I tinted my windows the 2nd day I had my car with majorly illegal tints, way to dark! Anyways I saw a 335 today with some really nice looking tints, sort of a mirror effect, anyways it looked really good. Does anyone have pics of there type of tints to give me some idea's of what to get. I'd like the mirror effect like what I saw today but dark enough where ppl will have a hard time seeing in. Any info/pics would be appreciated. Thanks

Depends what you want to spend, but I've had Llumar on all my BMW's and I LOVE it. I paid $160 for my entire car and they even micro-edged it.

Wow...$160. That's a great deal. Around here the cheapest you can find is $250 for the entire car.

its a fancy way of saying that they cut it so that it basically reaches the edge of your window completely, some tints dont reach the edge of ur window (some tinters are lazy and leave like an inch or so they dont have to spend time making sure it covers the entire window)

and $160!! for llumar wow! I got my tints ~199 for a generic brand? "solar guard" ?

I got 35% all the way around with some 3M brand tint that looks pretty damn good for $150. It was supposed to be $250, but the guy installing it at the shop was some kind of sales rep for 3M, and apparently a perfectionist because it took him 6 hours. He micro-edged it and everything, though.

I've got V-Cool on mine -- I don't know the % of tint bu anyways, it's impossible to look in during the day. They didn't tint the front because of legal problems so they just did the top area (down to just below the rearview mirror).

I'm thinking of taking it back and tinting the front as well... dark enough to blur but visible enough to not get pulled over at roadblocks.
