Can you guys please help?

I have 2004 525i with halogen lights, i realy want to have AE light up alone at night with out my day light turning on with them. im not sure if it call daylight, but its always on ?! Its my H7 bulbs. I heard there is the ways to make it go away?
Any help would be very nice.

Hmmm that's odd ... should only on during the day (if the switch in auto) the main reason they call it DRL ... somethin' maybe wrong.
That will bother on coming traffic since it's a hi-beam reflector so the light pattern may blind them if it's on all the time.

My point is that i want to drive at night JUST with my AE and Fog lights on, but i cant cuz this lights that shown on the picture is always on. I cant turn it off while driving??? Any help?

I have the DRL on/off option in my iDrive menu, if you don't have it since it is depend on the model year and/or option then the Dealer must do it for you.

I just look at my computer, all i have is Tree time turn light ON/OFF
there is no DRL option((
i have 04 model with CCC i wonder who can add that option for my car and if it possible?
Should i go to the dealer? ( I hate them since they charge like crazy )

Your dealer can disable it. I asked my dealer to do it when I had to get service done and they did it no charge.

You'll need to have the dealer disable your DRL if that option is not in your iDrive menu. It would be in the "I" section in the Vehicle settings section.

u definitely need dealer programming. cannot do it via idrive on 2004 E60.
