most aftermarket wheel companies that custom build rather than mass produce are secretive when it comes to their offsets as they consider it proprietary information..

I've sold many wheels on craigslist and forums taking time to list all the"important" specs. But people seem to be more like what car where they on, or will they fit a Honda. I've even wouldn't sell to a guy cuz I knew they wouldn't the car he was driving... Bottom line most people don't know or don't care about offsets as long as someone tells them they'll fit..

 

I think, if you are planning to re-sell the wheels at any point in the future, it will be tougher to sell to any other car owner, than the same exact car as yours. For instance, if I had an E46 M3 and wanted to get a set of used wheels from an E60 Xi (for whatever reason ), I'd want to know the exact offsets before I bought. I did the reverse - bought my BBS's from an E46 guy. Offsets was the first question I asked before I bought.

That said, something tells me Brant's wheels are gonna look GOOOOOOOOD
