Me and brabusw209amg are testing a new angel eye bulb today in my car. There will be a thread later tonite with pictures IF it works. These will be the brightest LED as of yet from what I hear. If not Pings bulbs or J levis bulbs are good. The other LED bulbs you can get from Trinity or J levi. Just MAKE SURE you let them know you have halogen headlights. Check sylvania.com to see what bulb sizes they are. They come with resistors...these are not that easy to install but maybe someone can help you with that.
just like to know will these LED light brun out after 4 months?
If they are OK after 4 months or so I mite get a pair too.
I have tryed many leds and they all burned out after 4 months or sooner and 1 pair were PIAA which was not cheap too

I will definetly let you know about them after he tests them out. Hopefully they work. The J levi ones have been ok SO FAR. They said they have a guarantee so if they do burn out I want my money back or a credit. They are the same ones used as the sidemarkers if you contact them.

This is true...but J levi said I could use those same bulbs as angel eyes. I have had no problems as of yet but it has only been a few months.

How can you tell if you have bi xenon, Xenon, Adaptive Xenons, LED...

I just assume I have Adaptive Xenons because when I steer, the lights move to the right (or left).
Can these be upgraded by just switching the bright white bulbs or you will need to add some kind of ballast as well?
So much to learn...

thanks

I just bought these................ from aftermarketbulbsshop.com. I do have HID Xenon headlights.

Racing Dash BMW OEM Angel Eye LED Replacement Bulbs
http://www.aftermarketbulbsshop.com/Racing.../rd-bmw-led.htm

- Available in HID White (Blue and Red available upon request)

- Available for:

- BMW E60/E61 5-Series (2004-2007 models with HID headlights only)

Are these the right type? They were a good price and according to the vendor look very good and are way less than the AngeliBrights.

Anyone with experience on this product?
