I bought some of these bulbs from the link you gave but mine are flashing up error code saying left and right parking light failure, wondered if you had same problem. cheers

Good find. Not sure only one LED will be bright enough. The 4 LED ones on that site may just about do though? I have some with 4 LEDs they are quite bright but gave me the bulb fault.

I have found some really bright LED's they are 2 watts. Not sure if that will be enough to avoid the bulb fault?

I bought these from ebay, they are 2x LED with built in SMD resistors, works a treat. they are brighter than the 8w 501s which i had previously and there is no error codes in the Idrive.
