Very nice! That is one of the best looking, classiest 545's I've seen. Great job!

JayEll,

Fantastic looking set up - Wheels, colour and sport kit. First time I've seen it! Must look at this section more.
Did you make a cash saving going to Elite?

Now I see you have the sport kit (do you have the back end as well?) in silver grey I'm looking forward to mine even more. The Carbon Black looks mean but IMHO it hides the lines of the body.

Cheers

Hi Merv .... i made a saving oif ?900 going to Elite over BM dealer. When I walked in the shop, they ran me through a choice of rims, then by chance he remembered he'd just got a set of genuine Alpina E60 rims in. I paid a little more and went for the Pirelli PZeros too.
I now get lots of looks going down the road as a result. Makes driving around in it even MORE enjoyable.
I have the FULL M Tech body kit..... here's a pic of the rear.
(i love the E60 in all colours, but IMHO the grey DOES show off the lines perfectly)

JayEll,

I have to agree...very classy! Any problems cleaning in between all those spokes? That's my only pet-peeve about wheels...I need to be able to clean the entire depth of the rim?

Best set aside a good 1.5hrs for a clean for these wheels. Spokes look best IMO, but a turn off in respect of cleaning.

That's the only reason I have not changed my stock ellipsoid wheels yet. Although I favor the look of your wheels and that of the BMW 101, these have been the easiest wheels I have ever had to clean. Can't be more than 5 minutes per wheel.
