Alloy Wheel Question

Hi
I have seen some decent 19" alloys on Ebay for an e65 (previous generation 7 series). Do they fit on to an e60? Here are the exact dimensions.
245/45/19 front and 275/40/19 rear.
Do I need spacers? Will they rub the arches without spacers? Or will they go directly on? I currently have 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 on and fancy a change!
The advantage is that I would like the 19" size but with the greater rubber height (e60 19" alloys provide provide less height than these) to keep down road noise and maintain comfort levels. I also particularly like the design of the wheel in question....see pic.
I know the speedo may become inaccurate but that is not a concern as I often use the speedo on my Sat Nav.
