First post, anyways I just had race springs installed last week and it's not as low as I thought it would be. Kind of disappointed to be honest. I'm still running the stock 525 shocks and my ride is way better than before.

I think it will takes some time for the spring to settle down to its lowest point. New spring is very stiff.

Thinking of adding the sports spring to my stock sport suspension too

Here's a quick picture from mine taken yesterday. It will drop a bit more but I had the garage raise my front Koni sport shocks 10mm so I can clear all speed humps.
Its the best suspension choice I've made and much prefer them over my previous Eibachs! Not really much harder, it sits lower and handles amazingly in the bends

You can see my car ''in my avatar. I have an xi model and I went with h & r sport springs and also cut them too.. I wanted to go low and tucked. I'm on stock shocks on an 06 and they are still good. I'm going to replace them next year with new shocks but cutting didn't damage anything but a few ego's lol. I can email you more pictures if you want.

I opened a poll on which version to get for my drop, Race vs. Street. Everyone says the Race is a very aggressive drop, but may require new shocks since they'll get eaten up by the springs. I went with the Street, pretty happy that I did after the springs settled in. Any lower, and I'd have a much more difficult time over speed bumps and deep dips.

20's and H&R race is dependent on what offsets, and tyres you get.
I have a bit more control of how aggressive the springs dropped because of my Koni's have slight height adjustability.
Mine after 1 month is a fraction lower than in the pics, but I can still drop a bit more. I'm well happy with them but may have been another story on standard shocks?
