I'm stuck at a wall here and wanted to know if anyone can extend their advice....
My 545i has 20" iForged wheels, soon to be lowered on H&R race springs, and I also have Active Steering... As far as my knowledge goes, cars with Active Steering have to be aligned at the dealer as they do it using special software.... Now, I PM'ed another member on a different forum who is a mechanic at a dealer here in Socal and he specifically said that the BMW alignment 'machine' doesn't 'hook up' to iForged wheels... I also called my local service dealer and was told the same thing ('we might not be able to hook your aftermarket wheels to the machine)...
Does anyone know what my other options are as far as alignment? I previously had iForged on a different vehicle and dropped on coilovers... I did the normal alignment, but never adjusted the front camber and the tires wore fine... I just flipped the front tires every now and then to distribute the wear....
Any advice would help guys...
