What exactly does the Vehicle Hub do? I've checked out the website, but it's kinda vague.

So does it utilize the existing screen in your e60? Can you elaborate a little more on it?

yes it does..the whole purpose of the hub is to keep your factory system intact and add other entertainment source to your system.you have to buy a nav-tv interface to get a video input into the existing screen..theres a thread on the group buy forum that explains it..i got mines from http://www.nav-tv.com/index02.htm for $700 you also get it from http://www.tvandnav2go.com/ for $550..

OK..... so help me out here.

Let's say you get this Alpine Hub thing..... you hook it up to our E60.... and you add an Alpine CD changer.

You are playing a CD from the Alpine changer.... and you get a phone call on your Bluetooth cell phone. Does the music mute, and the phone screen come up in iDrive just like normal?
