There's a reason for that, they're cheap chinese crap. The "eyebrow" looks nasty too!
You can actually install a set of LCI halogens for around the same price and looks 100% OEM.
I can make a PnP harness for the LCI halogens if interested. Check out my gallery and you can see how I did mine.

i i wanted to do the mod i would need a lcm 2 first as i am 04

ACTUALLY, it might not be a bad to use the set to work on.

Most aftermarket headlights use butyl which can be baked open. If these bake open, then you can take the existing parts out, and go to town on it. Basically making it awesome. Additionally, maybe that eyebrow section would be a lot easier to extract as well, since there's the possibility that it's one piece unlike OEM headlights. Meaning that baking the headlights open might grant access to the brow part.

No you don't. If you're going pre-LCI halogen to LCI halogen you don't need anything but the headlights and a PnP harness. No LCM or coding or new wiring needed. I have LCM1 and works just fine.
Lots of people have done the same on the forums and I've done a few PnP harnesses for a few people here too.
