Can't wait for that movie to come out on DVD.

"You're a Towel! Wanna get high?"

Yea, I love Knocked up, and superbad was suprisingly good. My g/f was like, that movie looks so dumb, and when we watched it, (I somehow convinced her), she loved it.

The remap is it. No M-Tech kit. My lease is up in 19 months. I can't justify spending that amount of money. Plus, I'm most likely going to the 550 or a used M5 next, so I won't need the kit at that point.

Question for VT and ECF---Collins at D2tecknik told me sometimes after installing a CAI, you need to tinker/reconfigure the Re-Map to take advantage of the CAI. He said after I do the Dyno, he'll take a look at it. Is there some validity to that belief?[/b]

So Cal
That's probably true. More air in would require adjustments for more fuel. Some would say the ECU would adapt accordingly. Also, this is why Dinan has software upgrade in stages depending on what type of mods you have that would allow more air in (filter element, throttle body, intake).

Calton, the intake looks and sounds like....SHIT!

Did you film that video with the hood opened or closed?

So what's the next mod for your car to make it shittier?

I just reported you to the mods for bad language. You should be getting your "banned" notice soon. Tell sleepyca31 and alpinerush we say hello.

Video was with the hood closed. OK...so I'm not a pro at this. Ughhh....

How about I redo the video's with one inside the cabin (hood opened), one outside the car (hood opened). And for kicks, I'll even throw on my italian shoes again so you clowns can give me more crap.

PHUCK!

I asked about the hood to better understand the sound in the video. That thing sounds badass with the hood closed. I wouldn't care about how it sounds with the hood up since most people will only hear the sound with the hood down.

Congrats my man. Really wish you lived here in the Bay Area. BTW, we missed you last night at CCH (6 crabs, 10lbs of crawfish, 6lbs of shrimp and about 40+ bottles of Abita Amber)

Thanks buddy.

You have no idea how pissed I am that I won't be in the Bay Area again in 2007. I am SOOOO craving the CCH!!! Sounds like you guys had a blast once again. Always good to hear.

They sell this CAI for 274.99. I am not sure what makes this unit a stage 2? Anyone know what makes this a stage 2 CAI? It does sound great, but is that sound clip with an upgraded exhaust or stock? thanks

Upgraded exhaust. I need to do a clip on the outside of the car, in front of the engine.

Stage 2 means it's an entire kit, from throttle back. Stage 1 means it's a "drop-in".
