Thumbs up

Whats up guys. I just installed my afe intake (thanks TRINITYAUTOSPORT) and I am experiencing some lag around 3000-4000 rpms. The car jerks slightly around those RPMS. Has anyone experienced this as well, any advice? Also I have a piece left over. its a little round rubber piece with a hole in the middle. Does anyone know where this goes?

Not sure what the piece is. That sucks about the lag. Mine works perfect, but then again, I have a remap and the sprint booster, so that removes any and all lag. Are you sure the seal is tight, heading into the throttle body?
