I have set myself a budget of about max 4000$ total, not to be spent at once, but Continuously....
As you can see description of my car below what do you guys recommend?

Please bare in minds that I wish I could do 19" wheels and the M sport body kit but due to poor road quality and driving in city full of pavements I do not want to do this. I know it looks beautiful but I need to be able to drive the around
Also I had a extremely lowered, sport susp., wheels Audi before and that was not good for the city, I was "rubbing" the "belly" of the poor car constantly.

My list is so far as this:

1) M sport steering wheel + HOBI's paddles
2) 18" wheels BMW + NON RF'S
3) tv TUNER...multimedia

Inputs?
Trunk, roof etc spoilers no way

buy an acre of land in FL, and wait for it to appreciate! in 3 years you'll make $60K out of that. ;-)

I would recommend spending 795, 1095 & 1890 Euros on stages 1, 2, & 3 of the M3 Driver Training series, especially while they are still using E46 M3's in all the courses. Next year, when the new E90 M3, it may well be a V8 in the engine bay. I imagine you are a fan of BMW's 6 cylinder engines, as am I.

3.780 Euros is a little bit more than US$4,000, but this figure includes 3 nights accomodation in a single room in a very nice hotel. If you exclude the accomodation cost element (300 to 450 Euros), you'll come close to your budget.

I am taking stages 1 & 2 (Advanced followed by Intensive both in English) of the M3 course in September 19-20, 21-22 given at the Salzburgring, and the course price includes 2 nights in Salzburg at the Hotel Gersbergalm, which is about 125 Euros per night.

With this upgrading of the software of the nut behind the wheel, you'll be better able to use Tim's M5 shift paddles in everyday spirited driving. You also get to beat up on an M3 with SMGII for 5 whole days. That alone is worth US$4,000, don't ya think?

BTW, if you happen to see Tim in Prague, please ask him to respond to my emails and pm's. I hope to meet up with him in Buchloe.

AHOI Peter,
go for the wheels and 19" will do will not rub at all.

Not even in Prague not in Budapest so go for it.

Buy Conti Sport Cont 2 with aftermarket wheels.

The Spoilers are 2000? the M kit I mean.
The M5 steering is like 170? worth it as the trunk lid for M5 check it out.
