A while back I was rear/side ended while sitting at a stop light. The damage wasn?t too bad but the rear bumper needed to be replaced. The most logical way to replace the rear bumper was with a full MTech kit from Umnitza (Thanks Matt).
The body shop did a great job painting and installing everything. The rear bumper needed to have the PDC holes drilled/fitted. The side skirts are about a quarter inch short but unless you know what you?re looking it?s not very noticeable. All-in-all I'm very pleased and think it looks great.
Now if the weather would warm up I could put the summer shoes back on or possibly upgrade to better wheels.

Looks great, can you take pics to show where the side skirts are short? Did the shop have to do modifications to install them since they were short?

Yeah, there's a widespread problem with aftermarket sideskirts being a tad short....I have the same issue with mine, but like you said it's only noticeable if you look for it. As for the buldge that PTL mentioned, I personally don't think it looks bad at all. I don't have that issue with mine, but it could be because my car is a different color so it's less noticeable.

My Ride: 2007 550i, Mystic Blue over Auburn, 6-Manual, Sports, Premium, Cold Weather, Logic 7, Nav, Sirius, MTec Front & Sides with M5 rear apron, VIS Penta carbon fiber vented hood, OEM M166s, (or Style 101M with winter 19 Blizzaks), BMW Blue Calipers, Custom Quad Exhaust and M5 side grills, trunk finisher and spoiler. Rogue Octane SSK/WSR and Zeckhausen CDV, BMW illuminated shift knob, Delivered 4/26/06 - Ordered 3/18/06 from Otto's (the Best) BMW Dealership.
Looks like the bottom of the apron was stretched a bit. That should be an easy fix with a few pieces of hard foam to wedge in and maintain the deflection back to the stock dimension.

Looks great Robb.
Clearly your shop knows what they are doing with the PDC.
Recommend the same comments others have made with the light sag on the front with a little R&R you can have it flatten out in the front. As for the side skirts, we've already made several suggestions to the factory about this. It seems 1 out of ever 30 or so side skirts has some sort of issue, almost as if they pull them out of the mold too soon or something.
Good to see it's working well for you, car looks great, any objections to using the photos on the site?
