Take out the mats, remove the spare tire, drive with only a couple of gallons of gas, remove the rear seats, drive nude and make sure you have nothing heavy in your stomach.

2009 550i w/every option - any cheap ways to boost horsepower without voiding warranty ?

Seriously though, your car doesn't need more horsepower, it's plenty fast already. If you're trying to race 911s from the traffic lights, (a) grow up, and (2) get a 911 or an M5.

another mod would be an RPi air scoop + drop-in filter...
IMO: Don't mod your car! 2009 550i is pretty fast already.

RPI scoop will void warranty. You need to drill for that.

Wrong! that is true! RPI scoop needs to be drilled to install? Are you calling me liar?

Perhaps it's different in your country but in the US, we're protected by the Magnusson-Moss Act which states that a dealer can't void a warranty unless they can prove that the aftermarket part you installed is the direct cause of the failure of the part being claimed for warranty work. So basically, NO, the warranty is not voided simply by drilling holes to install the scoops.
Some members specially DRANGED and GENETEALS are not smart and should learn how to threat people like you did instead naming/crapping members.

As for DRANGED and GENEATALS, I personally think they're great guys. On forums it's easy to misunderstand each other and perhaps things were said that rubbed all you guys the wrong way and lead to things the way they are now. Just my guess....
