Add headlamp washing ?
I don't have it on my M5 ,, and It was there , i would have disabled it ,
first of all , I'm not sure if the cars are already pre wired for the washers ,,
make it functioning is simple if you know how to do codings ,, but long story to add it since you need both water hoses and the water pump to be added to the water tank
don't take my words official , i'm sure the rest of the guys will give a better opinions

What a sucking rule? French police wants you to carry a hi-vis vests all the time, as Mr. Clarkson said once, we in the UK should ask all the people crossing channel to have a bag of onion in the boot or else fine them £££££. hi-vis vests makes a bit of sense but washers on xenon??? and why only on xenon? total non-sense... or maybe I am stupid most person on the earth who can't understand obvious reason if any.
anyway I have it on my car and hate it, once I looked from wheel arches it was looking a complicated setup, it has its own reservoir too (as far as I remember) perhaps connected with the main windscreen washer reservoir. I usually turn off my headlights using the washer or else headlight washer comes on too and then its spray goes everywhere and spoils the front hood with soapy water. While its raining heavily its fine but not on a dry day where you want to just wash you windscreen. I hate it so much that I risk turning off the light for a few seconds even in night if I want to wash windscreen, otherwise its soapy liquid everywhere.

Yep it`s European law that xenon headlights must have headlight washers, it can be done, I have done it on a 2003 E60 but it`s a long job not for the feint of heart plus the car will need coding afterwards.
