Congrats, it looks perfect. Now, you need some fog lights. My composites dealer want to made M5 fog lights housing. Maybe it will been produced around 10 pices. I will post pictures when they is finish..
Isn't the thing about the M5 front bumper; not having fogs?

and the Rear bumper is the M-Tech and i cut the second exhaust outlet, and bondo and urethane it.
yeah the actual M5 dont have fog lights , the air ducts route to the front brakes and split up to the
intake. Those fenders that are on my car is the stock 530I

Could you post better pics of the gap. I am planning the same mod but need to decide if I should get the fenders or not. A good quality pic would be helpfull.

Also will the M5 rear fit on a 545 with the stock exhaust? Will the stock 545's exhaust fit inside the M5's rear bumper opening? Will it be centered or offset?

Thank You

Bill

If you install M5 rear bumper you will need a new exhaust!

WOW you are a natural talent!! One of the best mods i've ever seen. Really! I couldn't see the difference between the real one and the one cut by you!
Do you have some more pics of the back?
