Are you going to get a new exhaust or just live with it?

 

i still am gonna see what happens..ill be giving her a call in a little bit. i have the written estimate for my bumper already... that for sure she has to pay for. then ill tell her about my exhaust... just have to see what happens..

Is California some goofy no-fault state where your own insurance goes up when someone else hits you? If she hit you, and is on a suspended license, you would nail her to the wall in Virginia. Your car would be repaired and you'd get a pay out in cash for the loss of resale value. Oh, and she'd get to explain to the judge why she was driving on a suspended license.

 

just thought id update.. she paid me for my bumper (well her mom did after me and my dad wrote a letter of demand) sometime before christmas. that relieved me a little so at least she didnt get away with it. and as for my exhaust.. it seemed like the sound came back little by little.. its not totally like before but its better than after she hit me.. plus it got me thinking that my exhaust is just settling or something.. analysis by me and my nephew.. the baffle (sp?) was knocked when i got hit and as i drove the car over time the air was pushing it back in place.. or something like that. if anyone has any opinions feel free to chime in.
