ACS5

Is it me or are thier mods to the MKIT from AC. Looks like difusers or something?

Look at pages 4 and 5 of the prospekt_ACS5_english.pdf

Do you think that it is a specific ACS M-aerokit? I fail to find the difference in the bumpers? Though looks like there is ACS badge on it.

I think that is a pic of a M-tech kit on a car with ACS springs lowering kit.

It's not ACS aero, I don't think.

Its a E61 with m Sport pack, to whicj ACS has added 2 front flippers, just like they add them to the E46 M pack

The noral one here has much smaller front splitters. The ACS flippers fit over them, just like the E46 ones
