Seems like a lot of people have installed the M5 rear bumper. Some of you must have V8's.
If so, what has been your solution for the dual exhaust ports?

I liked the looks of Umnitza kit but it sounds like it doesn't fit the v8's or at least it hasn't been tested.
I'm not really interested in installing some high performance exhaust kit. I just like the look of dual/quad exhaust.

I'd love to see what other people have done and what other options may exist...

i have the M5tech kit from Umnitza. took the car to a muffler shop over the weekend and had them do up a quad exhaust. they cut the pipe after the main muffer then split the piping into two; with a dual-oval exhaust on each side to finish it off. it as not expensive at all and i'm pretty happy with the outcome (looks and sound). there are more pix in my thread on the mod forum dual exhaust

Here's my set up. I had to have the holes drilled bigger for the pdc sensors because the Umnitza kit holes were not big for cars built before 08. I have the Magnaflow setup for my exhaust starting at the two resonators at the center of the vehicle and going back to two Magnaflow mufflers on each side. It sounds very good and not very loud.

Wow, I can't wait to get this done. These cars should have dual exhaust to begin with...

Anyone else have issues with the PDC's fitting with Umnitza M5 rear?

Keep the exhaust pictures comming too!

Non M5's do not have quads because it is a signature look for the M5. But to me, all E60s look better with quads.

They are Porsche Cayenne style tips. I got them from ebay. Wanted the Cayenne tips shown in the pics but the ones I got aren't the same. They cost me $480 for the pair.

Here's another pic. For more pics, search "photoshoot" with the author "DKNewYork"
