Hello All,
I was unsuccessful in my search attempts to find which spark plugs to use on my 04 545i. I am getting ready to change them, and wanted to know what plugs everyone is using on their 545i's. I have seen Bosch and NGK as OEM. Is one better than the other? Could you provide part numbers? Thank you in advance. I am looking to buy these online. The local dealer wants $25 a plug and would not even tell me which plug or part number.

they both the same.. your not really going to see any performance difference between the 2 plugs. Online is about $60 for 6 spark plugs. I just bought the Bosch # 0242236510 / FR7NPP332 - Pregapped Iriduim

The 545 is a V8.
Are you sure it takes the same plugs as your 528?

Go to realoem.com. put in your vehicle model and year. Search for sparkplug and it will give you a model number to order. I went to the dealer send they wanted 35 a plug. Rockauto.com bought them all for 85 shipped. They ship fast too
