Hi all
I have 05 545i and would like to tidy up the rear end, you know just smooth it out. I've looked over and searched the board, many have done great mods. I would just like to know what spacer size seems to suit the stock equiped car best?
Thanks very much for your help!
cheers
Todd

Seems like many run 15mm spacer but some actually use 18mm. I actually measured mine stock 124 and probably can fit 20mm.

actually if you push the rear out a bit, the gap will look smaller giving the illusion the car is a bit lower

I ran 15mm in the rear, and 10mm in the front with the 124's.

no vibration. i went around the hubs with sandpaper before i put on the spacers.

i went with H&R, but i wish i didnt...they're starting to rust from the metallic finish. purchased new ones from Burger Motorsports, they have a black finish, and they're on sale at the moment INCLUDING the lug bolts. Turner motorsports, RS Teknik, or Macht Schnell all make pretty good spacers.

I just installed mine, 12.5mm in the front and 20mm in the rear. Sport Suspension and 124 wheels. No problems whatsoever.

Here you go. The spacer are from Turner Motorsport. Any questions or if you want to see more pics feel free to ask.
