So my car was at my friend's shop for oil change. The car was on the lift so I was underneath looking at the stock exhaust pipe, trying to find where the connector to the muffles is. It looks like after the catalytic converter, everything is one piece? Which is about from the driver seat all the way to the end is all one piece? Looking at the picture on Dinan's site and RealOEM.com, it doesn't seem that way. Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you look at this diagram from RealOEM, my car seems to have (1) and (2) welded.

You're going to have to cut the stock to put in a aftermarket system. If the new exhaust was properly designed, they might even come with a coupler to mate sections 3-2.

HAHA.. Thanks guys.

I am thinking about getting the Dinan exhaust. I assume it comes with the coupler (4) to connect section (1) to (2) in the realoem diagram above?

And of course, I assume the stock one is useless after being cut?

reinstallation of stock component would require rewelding. Also for your consideration: http://www.raceprecision.com/2009/ Performance oriented company, with excellent build quality with dyno proven gains, priced significantly lower than dinan. Excellent customer ratings / feedback.
