Impossible if u ask me! Only with cold air intake, exhausts...and then , maybe just then that gain. A 65-70 hp gain for a NA engine at that size is unheard of. Hell even the M5 doesn't get that much of a gain. Not even most of the turbodiesels get that much.

I just talked with one of their engineers in Chicago and he says they're in the final stages of programming on the 530 (new engine) remap, and are going to begin testing. He says that their preliminary numbers are 65-70hp gains (!) - it looks like they're going to be able to push it to over 300hp when all is said and done. Their testing should be done within the upcoming weeks.
My guy at DMS just stated that they are hoping for 70-60 HP gains but he told me honestly they will most likely be the same as the N52 and be a 25-35HP gain. And they just ordered a M5 and the New 530i he said they should have the 530i in a month or two and the M5 by the beginning of next year. I have been working closly witht he DMS tech here in the states and have been working on a group rate with him to get this done for those inthe states that are interested. the price i have been quoted is alot lower then the normal price and since i am the first 530i E60 they are doing in the states. If anyone here in the states is interesteed in this Pm me and i will add you to the list of members that are interested in the group member price, which will save you at least 200.00US dollars.
BTW he told me hes getting a ton of calls on this now....he just hung up with one of you...lol....2 hours left

well i just got back from taking her for a spin!!!
unfortunately it's rained heavily mid day... so a bit slippery!
what i was able to notice:
I wasn't able to floor it from stand still. it just had traction control all over it which i expected with the road that wet. but when 2nd kicked in, it was a noticable increase for SURE!
the power seemed to be rampant between 4000-6000rpm. just didn't feel like it was going to stop! it was awesome!
another thing i noticed was that the throttle was a lot smoother.
but put your foot down and it's off!!!
recommend the remap 100%.
meant to be a nice day tomorrow so will get a good blast out of it.
1 happy shopper!
I'd be interested in that group rate for an N52-engined 530i.
