I have a 335i started with hr sports, 6months later tired of the bounce, love the stance. So picked up the HR touring kit. They dont make the touring kit for the 5ers. I really dont want to mess with adjustable coil overs fine tuning to get height and dampening right, tearing down the trunk each time.

Who makes matched shocks for the XI?

Bilstein...

TMS sells the H&R springs and Bilstein shocks as a pkg or separately

Tms looks like a winner for suspension options.

Haven't tried the Bilstein Sport shocks, but have tried the Bilstein B8's. Paired the B8's with H&R springs and the nightmare began. Not a choice setup for a daily driver unless you drive the track. There were a bunch of us who had this setup on on XI's, and the majority ended up removing them. I'd love to check out these Sports in comparison to the shorter B8's - price wise they could be an alternative to the KW v3's if they have a decent ride on everyday streets.

Im still on oem shocks with my h&r's, the ride is ok, its just that my wheels rub in the back when there's a decent size dip on the road, might end up going with coilovers

Yea stock dampers are a bit too soft. Once u upgrade them that will fix it and give you more stability and control.
