Whats up kid, listen i think the problem with the single intake is that the other duct is open. I just ordered a dual come from terry on bmwjuice.com check it out. Also the other side i told you about they have proven dynoes. With these chips when you go above seal level you start to have a check engine light. This is my 2nd time it happend EVER so thats not tooo bad i just shut the car off and turn it back on. TUNNING tech checked it out with the obd reader and said everything was good!

We just installed the aFe N54 Dual Cone Intake System on our 335. We haven't put a ton of miles on it but so far, it has given the car a nice boost in power and a bit deeper sound although the AA Blow Off Valve always steals the show Here are some shots installed:

This is by far the cleanest intake system I have seen for this car. The kit was complete with all the necessary seals, hardware and installation materials. aFe definitely knows how to design a well performing and professional system, I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone with an N54 setup.

No problems with my AFE , had it on for about a month. Put about 1500 mile on it with it...
Still loving it...
