My sister has a 535i and wants some exhaust and intake for the car. I did some researching and can't find anything. Someone told me they just did some piping and some nice mufflers at a local muffler guy on their 335 and it worked out great. Should we go that route? Or is there something already made that can just bolt on?

Try BMS intake it's complete bolt on. As for the exhaust, there's magnaflow custom setup. Do a search here and you should get alot of results. If you want a real Turbo back exhaust to optimize performance, you will have to wait until the major companies complete their testing. Also, you might want to consider some kind of tune like Dinan, V3, JB2, TT, or Helix.

Thanks for the info and welcomes. What about vishnu tuning? Is it any good or is it just too expensive?

If you like tuning your car then vishnu v3 is a good choice although... check e90post.com to research between all these tunes. it's a long story bud.
